Time will be spent on ground work and progress through the stages of training producing a well rounded animal that is easy to handle and ride. 60 days under saddle
The farm is the perfect place to allow your horse to grow up. If you desire a show horse we take every opportunity to prepare your horse to preform it’s best in future years. From weanlings through young horses starting to show we bring them along at their own pace, only asking for new challenges when the horse is ready. To taking a first bath, cross tying, tailering, even horse showing you can be sure that your young horse will end up a better rounded individual that in the traditional “cowboy” methods are used.
Bille starts all horses using natural horsemanship, and join-up tequniques. After the horse has gained trust in Bille she challenges them and makes sure they succeed to that their trust grows along with their confidence. The trust is never broken but challenged enough to produce a “want to please” personality. It is Horse Psychology! Horses are treated like friends, they leard that they have boundries and rules that they will need to understand completley in order to succeed as a show horse. Their confidence will shine through as they learn that it is pleasent to them if they are a team member, not just a vehicle for their rider. Horses started in this program grow up wanting to win and compete with their rider, it shines through when the horses enjoy pleasing you as much as they enjoy their paddock.
The Facility offers the perfect setting for development. A roundpen, all weather footed outdoor, ample turn out, individual paddocks, gallop fields, grass jump ring, and relaxing trails.
