Royal Winds Farm is a brand new facilty serving Lexington, Ky. The farm is located on 100 acres in Paris, Ky. It is conveniently located 8 miles from Hamburg and 12 miles from the Ky Horse Park. The layout of the farm is very horse and rider friendly with plenty of land to hack and condition outside of the ring. The property’s gently rolling terrain are great for conditioning equine athletes. The Main Barn has 14 stalls all with a stall grid system to maintain a level floor, individual water faucets, insulated for noise reduction and temperature managment, great ventilation and a friendly atmosphere. There are 2 wash stalls with warm water, tack room with warm water, a laundry room,ans a rest room. The Show Barn/ Training Barn is currently in development. It will have 30 stalls and a state of the art indoor arena and heat for year round training. An indoor roundpen for developing young horses. Outdoor Arena: outdoor arena with all weather footing has a watering system for consistant footing and a pavillion for spectators. A full course of jumps for hunter or jumper riders. We also have some hilly terrain to improve fitness and strength.
SERVICES Lessons: Our staff offers lessons to students of all levels from beginners to advanced students in either private or small groups. We have great schoolmasters for lessons and welcome students who wish to ship in for training. Call for more information. Showing: RWF riders travel to both local and “A” rated shows. Our show schedule accommodates riders of all levels. We offer horses for lease at local shows if you are unable to own one. We have a showing program for the beginner rider to the serious competitor. We travel to Wellington, Fl. each Fall for the WEF. If you have a horse for sale that you would like shown RWF trainers can help campaign the horse and get it sold to an appropriate buyer. Sales, Leasing, and Purchasing: We specialize is matching the horse and rider for success!! We have horses in various price ranges. We import European Warmbloods to show as well as to sell. Training: We offer full care training board for young horses that either need to be educated from the beginning or re-educated from a previous caree Other services: Other valuable services we can arrange are shoeing/corrective shoeing, chiropractic and acupuncture services, dental services, a meticulous vaccination and deworming program. We can provide necessary transportation to one of three veterinary hospitals located in a 15 mile area. Video and photographer services can also be arranged. Our professional riders can keep your horse fit while you are away, or unable to ride, give it a tune up as needed, or even show it for you.
